Harrisburg International Airport is served by the following airlines-Air Canada,
AirTran Airways, Continental Airlines, Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, US Airways-which provide daily, nonstop service to 13 destinations and 100s of connections. It has non-stop service from/to Toronto, Orlando, Cleveland, Newark, Atlanta, Cincinnati, Detroit, Chicago O’Hare, Washington Dulles, Boston, Charlotte and Philadelphia. The same cities provide one-stop connections.

Ground Transportation
Harrisburg International Airport is a small and relaxing location for arrival and departure. It is located about 45 minutes from our designated hotels.

NAFDMA has made special arrangements with Executive Coach Inc. to serve as our official ground transportation company. They will have an on-site representative available on arrival dates to guide attendees to the ground transportation area, and provide service from Harrisburg International Airport to Lancaster Eden Resort and Lancaster Marriot at Penn’s Square for NAFDMA Convention attendees on February 4th – February 12th based on the following information:

   * Call Executive Coach in advance, toll free at 1-800-499-5765 to make your shuttle reservations.  Be prepared to provide your flight information, cell phone numbers, and credit card payment at the time of reservation. (Call anytime in advance, as credit cards will not be charged until approximately 5 days prior to pick-up.) 
NOTE: Attendees who do not make advance reservations may need to wait up to an hour for next available shuttle. Those who do not make advance reservations will be required to pay with cash.

   * Cost for peak convention travel days (arriving 2/5, 2/8 or 2/9 and departing 2/11 or 2/12) is $20 per person one-way transportation or $35 per person for scheduled round-trip.

   * Non-peak travelers are also encouraged to call toll free at 1-800-499-5765. Executive Coach is pleased to consult with anyone traveling on non-peak dates to provide special reservations or suggest your best transportation options based on your itinerary. One-way taxi transportation to Lancaster from Harrisburg Airport is about $50. Airport Town Car VIP service can be provided for about $95 each direction.
