NAFDMA has assigned OLETA Transportation as the official shuttle company of this convention. Richmond Airport is approximately 1 hour from Williamsburg Marriott. If you need ground transportation from Richmond Airport to Williamsburg Marriott, you MUST to make your own arrangements directly with:

Be prepared to provide:
* Name, Address, City, State, Zip,
* Email
* CELL phone
* Under "subject" write NAFDMA Shuttle
Then, under "message" you must include:
* # of travelers
* Arrival Date
* Arrival Time
* Airline
* Flight #
If you also want to book departures, include
* # of Travelers
* Departure Date
* Departure Time
* Airline
* Flight #
Don't forget to click "submit."
Under the NAFDMA agreement with OLETA:
* Travelers are responsible to make your own reservations and payment directly with OLETA.
* Once OLETA receives your information, they will issue an invoice to the email address you provide.
* Cost is $30 per person each way.
* To guarantee your seat, payment is to be made by credit card upon invoicing and payment instructions.
* OLETA provides a direct line for you to get shuttle updates upon your arrival, call 757-342-7628
* When exiting the Terminal, go to the Taxi/Limo Holding Area and look for OLETA.
* OLETA will service this group using Executive Style SUV, Executive Mini Bus, or Executive Coach, depending on the number of people required each hour.
